Q: Chronic Heartburn symptoms?
I’m 22 years old, and Ive had heartburn for as long as I can remember. Everytime I would eat sour candy, mexican candy/food, and hot cheetoes as a kid my throat and chest would burn for a little while afterwards. My mom always had it and so I didn’t think much of it. As I’ve gotten older though, the symptoms have become more intense, even though I don’t eat that way anymore. I find that whenever I eat anything it’s always difficult to digest and I feel like all the food I had just eaten is lumped up right where my neck and chest meet. The newest and strangest feeling I’ve been having is a burning/tightness sensation in what feels like my right bronchial tube? It feels almost like when you spend a day at the pool and later that evening your lungs feel sore from expanding them while holding your breath underwater. I don’t know how else to explain it, and franky I’m not even sure if it has anything to do with acid reflux. I also get sharp pains in my upper back. It’s real depressing!

A: Might be time to get on serious meds for acid reflux. Or an ulcer maybe.

But that sensation of chest pain on the right side and upper back reminds me of my first gall bladder attack….you need to get checked out.

Q: Chronic Heartburn or Ulcer?
I usually don’t make it into the doctor and now is no different but I’m wondering if I should make some time to do so. I have had chronic heartburn on some level for ages…possibly as long as a year. Sometimes it’s barely noticeable but there if I think about it for some reason and other times, it’s top of mind because of how badly the burning sensation is.

If I get the heartburn and drink water, it only gets worse and it also gets worse if I eat acidic foods such as oranges. In fact, either of these things will prolong symptoms and make it nearly unbearable. Milk also does not help as it only seems to temporarily reduce symptoms. By temporarily, I mean less than half a minute. Kind of like pouring water on one’s hand but not taking it out of the the fire.

Is this likely some how related to my more immediate dietary habits or could it be some sort of ulcer? Opinions?

And yes, I will be seeing my doctor about this if I can make some time to do so in the next couple of weeks but in the mean time, I’m wondering what you might think.

A: Its an ulcer alright cos I had all the same symptoms and had to go to hospital. I cant believe you’ve survived a year in this pain, but you need meds. I take Pariet to calm it down. DO NOT drink acidic drinks, booze, don’t eat tomatoes, chilli, or curry try some mylantin but you really need meds. Also eating yogurt brings relief but acid will make it burn. VERY IMPORTANT DO NOT TAKE ANTI INFLAMMATORY DRUGS. They cause ulcers.

Q: Severe and chronic abdominal symptoms? HELP!!?
This is my history of my illness. If ANYBODY can help I would greatly appreciate it!!

When I began my period it was regular but heavy. I was in 7th grade.

In 8th grade it continued and I had frequent infections. In December I had a sinus infection. January strep throat. February viral throat infection. March sinus infection. April viral throat infection. May sinus infection.

In 9th grade I had 1 or 2 sinus infections. My periods became irregular and eventually stopped when I lost weight due to anorexia, depression, and anxiety.

In 10th grade I had complications from my anorexia. I had bradicardia, postural orthostatic tachecardia, low alkaline phosphotase, and 2 other electrolytes. I was in the hospital twice and it saved my life. I devloped insomnia also and was put on many medications, constantly switching.

I’ve been on zofoft, zyprexa, effexor, cymbalta, prostiq, wellbitrin, and revia (for cutting).

Then I developed bulimia. I developed ovarian cysts (4 of them seperatly, one he size of a lemon) and stopped my bulimia because of the pain.

The next year (this year) in 11th grade I developed off and on severe abdominal pain. Every time they found or assumed I had small cysts on my ovaries. Then I developed a severe case of he flu. I was vomiting, had intense stomach pains, fever, headache, fatigue, etc. After that the abdominal symptoms would not go away. I had chronic abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting along with constipation and diarrhea.

They said I had a bad case of gastroenteritis. I went into the hospital for my depression which was torure on top of that. I was diagnosed with PTSD. I then went on Prozac, klonopin, abilify, seroquel, and anaspaz and phenergan to control my symptoms. I also had off and on fevers and continued to have sharp and stabbing pain.

Then they did a colonoscopy and endoscopy to find nothing except I was lactose intollerant. I cut out lactose and still have symptoms. Over that time I lost 40 lbs unintentionally this time. There were days where I couldn’t get a bite in me! So they gave me and ng tube.

I gained 10 lbs in 2 months and they took it out because at that point I had tons of heartburn and vomiting. I tried prilosec, pepcid, prevacid, and something for an ulcer with no relief.

I had a gastric emptying test which shows delayed gastric emptying. I am now on bethanechol and prevacid for that. Currently they think I’m having abdominal intestinal spasms which hurt so bad and they won’t let me take pain meds. I have a moderate fever, left side pain below my bellybutton, severe fatigue and weakness to the point where Im about to colapse.

I don’t know what else to do! I feel miserable!

Oh and I’ve been on yaz, lo ovral, depo provera, and now seasonique for my period, always with a month of breakthrough bleeding.
Recent blood tests, ct scan, ultrasound, and urine were normal besides excess protein.

Recently had strep throat also.

A: I have no idea. But I want you to know that I feel bad for all that you have to go through. My best to you and I hope you get some answers soon. And some relief.

Q: Chronic heartburn and I’m only 18..help :/?
I have reaaally bad heartburn and I’ve had it for two years now. I started getting it after I had a bad case of mono. It started out of nowhere. I also was on the birth control pill for a few months before I started getting the heartburn. I’ve had many tests done including blood tests, ultrasounds, etc. I am only 18 and sometimes it gets so bad even water aggravates it. I have tried extreme diets but I lose a lot of weight and am already skinny to begin with, so that doesn’t work. I’ve tried Zantac, Pepcid, Tums, Pepto Bismol, Nexium, Protonix, and Prevacid 24 hr. Nexium is the only thing that really worked but it made me get bad upset stomach. Everything seems to lose its effectiveness within a few times of using it, and doctors aren’t giving me any answers. Any ideas on what it is? I also have a lot of other physical issues, but this one really bothers me the most. I haven’t been tested for H. Pylori, so that’s a possibility…
I’ve had an upper GI that came back with no abnormalities, and I just had a RUQ ultrasound (gallbladder and liver) and haven’t gotten the results yet. Help much appreciated :)
Oh, and I’m not looking for medicine to cover up symptoms, although if you can suggest one that works really well that would be helpful. I’m mostly interested in what it could be or how to eradicate it . Thanks :)

A: Perhaps it is due to too much acidity from meat and other protein foods, fatty foods as well as other foods.

Perhaps an alkaline diet would help to neutralise some of the acidity and this means more fruit and vegetables.

You can see further details in a web search for “alkaline diet”.

Q: Can anyone here tell what this is by these symptoms?
Recently I have been having odd symptoms and I’ve checked WebMD and other sources but cannot pin it down to any one thing. I was wondering if someone might have a clue as to what it is by the following symptoms: Frequent burning in the stomach, heartburn, lower abdominal pain, almost chronic fatigue/borderline exhaustion, neck pains, minor headaches, an “out of it” sensation, slight to elevated nausea that comes and goes, weight loss, and sudden dizziness. Most of these symptoms have been come and go over the course of about two years and I’ve seen shrinks, doctors and have taken meds. But so far, zippo. No one thing seems to work and I’m really getting sick of not knowing what it may be or how to treat it. Does anyone else have symptoms like these and/or know what it is? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

A: I’m far from a doctor, but I have a few suggestions. The nausea is probably a result of the burning in your tummy. The rest of the symptoms sound more like chronic fatigue syndrome or maybe some stress-related disorder.

For the fatigue, try taking Ginseng. Don’t worry, ginseng is not going to make you feel high or anything, but will help give you a mental boost and a little bit of extra energy.

I presume your doc checked for gastro-reflux?? If not, go back and ask them to.

Try changing your diet. Eat more healthy choices, eat smaller meals more often (4-5 small meals every 2-3 hours).

For your neck, try very slow, careful neck rolls, move your head gently to one side, then roll it back, the other side, and front. Do this every 20 minutes especially if you are watching TV or looking at the computer.

I know this may sound odd, but your feet are a map to the rest of your body. It’s possible you have calcium deposits or other knots in your feet. A good long foot massage can help you too. You can find a foot chart to help you figure out where exactly to massage to ease your pain at the following link:

Q: What does my chronic back pain mean?
I am a 13 yr. old female who doesn’t exercise or eat well or eat regularly(I starve my self to get skinnier, I know… its bad). I have been having chronic lower back pain only when breathing deeply (mostly late at later in the day). Also, I have been having sharp chest pain (like someone wrapped something really tightly around my chest). The chest pain is more discomforting than painful, but keeps me up at night. My mom thinks it could be a kidney infection, but I’m not sure.

P.S. I went to the doctor a while ago, he gave me drugs for heartburn (my heartburn went away… and so did my other symptoms). But I have different symptoms. I think they could be lack of vitamins, fiber, and other things. I try to eat well but my mom constantly buys candy and really fattening food that she eats all the time, so its hard to eat well in a house full of that.

A: to be able to determine exactly what your chronic back pain means, you need to see a doctor. they can provide you with exact examinations and diagnosis to treat your chronic back pain properly.

try to avoid activities that can add up or increase pain in the back like carrying or lifting heavy objects.

to relieve pain try using all natural topical treatments to get soothing pain relief. for more tips in managing pain visit http://www.reliefmd.com

Q: My father is really sick and the doctors don’t know how to diagnose or cure any of his symptoms?
My father has had diabetesand been insulin dependant since he was 17, and he also developed chronic diarrhea and has had it since way before I could remember. Just about four years ago he began to get really sick and had severe recurring stomcah pain and nausea, he almost died several times because he couldn’t eat for months. Doctor tried to say it was heartburn, appendicitis, gastropericus, or just blame it on his diabetes, and they haven’t really helped him except by given him morphene to help with the pain. My father is only 41 and he is about six feet tall, but he only weighs about 90 lbs. He is so sick and my mom is so depressed because we can’t help him. The doctors have done so many tests on him and they always come back negative.

Has anyone ever had some similar symptoms or if diabetes and liver failure really do cause this pain for people? I have known people on dialysis and who had diabetes who were never in this much pain? Please help.
I do appreciate all the help and like I said we have been dealing with this sickness for quite a few years now and have done so much research ourselves, tried different diets, he has had so many surgeries, taking so many drugs and vitamin supplements, and seen so many specialists, but no one has given us any answers that will actually help him. I was just hoping that maybe someone had went through this before or knows something we don’t. Please keep trying though, it really means alot.
Everyone has helped so much, and yoiu guys really did answer from your hearts, so it is too hard to choose a best answer if I could I would give everyone the best answer.

A: I was reading a Men’s health on time, and there was this doctor who dealt with Diabeties the old way, before insultin let u eat whatever u wanted. Has he tried eating less of the bottom of the food chart. More fruits and veggies and proteins less starch. If he tried that, there would be not as much glucose to fill his blood stream and there for he could live more normally.
I am not associated with the medical field, but my mom is an RN who might have more professional terms for what i described, I am also sure that Men’s Health would subscribe u the name of the doctor if u e-mailed them with ur problem. Good Luck and Godspeed.

Q: Smokers Cough, Acid Reflux, Chronic bronchitis?
3 weeks ago I had a persistent cough that was getting worse at night.
Doctor told me to quit smoking and said this is the result of smoking and it is “Smokers Cough” gave me an inhaler and tablets just to ease the process of healing and make it faster.

He said ill be fine in 4-5 days but i was still coughing for 2 weeks but less and less everyday and then i became better so decreased the doze of the inhaler by half and kept using it cause thats what i was told to do the cough was back again but not as bad as before im guessing cause i was still on the inhaler but decreased the doze.
Now that i finished the inhaler and tablets the cough is coming back… im guessing the cough was there the whole time but the inhaler was controlling it, something similar to an asthma patient.

I’ve done some research online, and i think i have
1. Gastroesophageal Reflux (Acid Reflux)
OR
2. Chronic bronchitis

Btw i quit smoking 3 weeks ago and haven’t smoked since not even been in bars or clubs where there is a lot of smoke.

Symptoms: Dry Cough, Mild Heartburn + Nicotine Withdrawal Symptoms.

sorry for all this but i really don’t know who to ask… Doctors are just stupid, they keep testing sh** on you until your about to die and then they figure out what’s wrong.
Gulbadan, ZYBAN is to help quit smoking but i quit 3 weeks ago i don’t think this is what i need! thanx anyway.
ScottG, i only smoked for 3.5 years. 10-15 ciggs/day
thats not heavy smoking.

The inhaler was “Symbicort (160)” 2 puffs in the morning and 2 at night (1st week) 1 Puff in the morning and 1 at night (2nd week).
The tablet was “Telfast (180 mg)” once every day.

And btw im 21, plus i read that COPD is a deadly thing almost no way out, isn’t it?
Isn’t there smth thats in between Smokers cough and COPD? heh
Thanx…

A: Well, first-off … You have C.O.P.D. (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease)! Quiting smoking was a great decision!

Next, the tablets and the inhaler, were just an aide in the healing process. Not sure which inhaler you were given, but sounds like Albuterol (Pro-air). This medication is mostly used for rescue medication, usually prescribed as 2 puffs / inh / q4h PRN … 2 puffs every 4 hours as needed. The tablet prescribed could have been an expectorant known as Guaifenesin or Mucinex.

The average life span of a (RBC) Red Blood Cell is 3 months. This means that the CO (Carbon Monoxide) in your system will remain for at least 3 months. The red blood cell is composed of 2 heme- molecules and 2 globin-molecules. This is why a Red Blood Cell is called hemaglobin. For every RBC there are 4 iron molecules each. Oxygen binds to each iron molecule and this is how the oxygen is transported throughout the body. CO is “greedy” and bind itself to all 4 iron molecules and never lets go until the RBC dies.

3-4 weeks is not attributative to the overall healing. As far as the “nicotine-withdrawals” … the nicotine only stays in your system for about 8 hours. It is not nicotine withdrawal, it is the bodies smoking habit withdrawal … More-so the motions. There are many other factors regarding your progression in healing.

Dry cough = a “sorta good thing” … this means that the expectorant worked good for you. Does not mean that you will not have anymore productive coughs.

Let your body heal itself. Get a refill on your Pro-Air and use it as needed. The GERD could be a result of stress due to cessation and/or the bodies was of ridding itself of the sputum which has been coughed up but then swallowed.

Hope this helped!

FOLLOW-UP:
The amount of time that you have smoked does not make any difference. Symbicort is a drug that I am quite familiar with! I work in Pharmacologic medication researching! Simbicort is provided by Astra Zeneca. It is a combination of budesonide and formoterol. It is usually prescribed for those that have C.O.P.D. but has recently become increasingly used for asthma therapy! The usual dosage is 160/4.5 mcg inh bid (twice daily). If I remember forrectly, it should contain 60 or 120 dose actuations. So I would assume that if you were taking it b.i.d., then you only had the 60 dose actuator! In the research study that we did 3-4 years ago, it was realized that when patients were enrolled into the study with a placebo controlled, double blind randomized, single blind run-in … It was confirmed that Symbicort increased the FEV1 of patients over a 6 month period than taking their single-counterparts together. Budesonide is an anti-inflammatory corticosteriod and Formoterol is a long acting selective beta2-adrenergic agonist. This is more direct regarding respiratory treatment than only the “Pro-Air” I originally had guessed. I guess I gave your symptoms more credit than-credit was due!

The “TelFast” you were given was a decongestant! “Fexofenadine”-generic … also known as Allegra. The debate on your C.O.P.D. diagnosis is still remains sure. Why your doctor gave you a corticosteroid and a long acting B2-agonist and a allergic decongestant, sort of makes me question. It seems that when the doc listened to your lungs, wheezing, crackles, rhonchi, and/or labored breathing was suspected. Why you were not directed to take an expectorant … I don’t know!

C.O.P.D., if detected early … is not fatal like you speak of! It can be debilitating, but by your age + how short you smoked … Well, your outward diagnosis looks promising!

Q: Silent reflux – Chronic non productive cough?
I have been sick since the end of November with Acid Reflux type symptoms, spasming at the top of my chest, heartburn, backup and cough. My Gastrologist has put me thru every test and all came back negative. He has changed me from Prevacid 2x day to Aciphex 2x a day and all my symptoms are gone except this chronic non productive cough. This cough is so bad, I can hardly talk, my mouth and throat hurts, head aches etc from coughing so much. Now my Primary dr is sending me to an allergist.

Has anyone experienced this or know someone that has? I’m looking for more information. As this is March now, I’m really tired and frustrated with being sick.

Thank you all!

A: I had a similar experience (the cough) from Nov. ‘08 to Jan. “09 and nothing I tried including perscription remedies, worked. I was perscribed sinus allergy remedies and they didn’t work either.
I found the solution for me was a Neti Pot.
Google it and get one at a drug store or a health food store.
A Neti pot is an interesting looking little pot (similar to a pitcher or a sort of tea pot, without any cover). You fill it with water and non-iodized salt (I prefer sea salt) and you pour water from the elongated spout thru one nostril and the water comes out the other nostril. There will be instructions with the Neti pot showing how to do it.
It clears up the mucus coming from sinuses, which for me would drain down the back of my throat and cause me to have a chronic, non-productive cough. The cough was terrible and kept me from sleeping and more.
Believe it or not the Neti pot eliminated the cough.
Your ears, nose and throat are all connected and can be the source of coughs. The Neti pot only costs about $15 to $20. and it’s the best, quickest, least expensive remedy.
Try it, you may be very surprised. If that doesn’t work you may have a more serious problem.

Q: Celiac? Sjogren’s? Accurate HIV test result?
Here are my symptoms:

*Abdominal cramps/spasms
*Chronic fatigue
*Muscle aches/flu like feelings (intermittent)
*Allergies are worse (stuffy nose, horribly stinging/burning watery red eyes, intermittent)
*Sore feeling tongue (looks slightly yellowish near the back)
*Clothes are looser, but scale says I weigh the same
*Tingling and numbness in fingers, toes, hands, legs, even my scapl sometimes

*Ataxia (slight stumbling, intermittent)
*Chronic heartburn/acid reflux (gurgling in throat, especially after I eat or get stressed out)
*Constipation
*Diarrhea
*Mucus/fat stuff (steatorrhea like) with diarrhea. Sometimes when I go to the bathroom, it will just be mucus by itself. Sometimes it will float. Sometimes it’s bloody
*Hard stools sometimes tend to tear my anus, causing it to bleed.
*Eye fatigue (they always feel tired)
*Exhaustion (after climbing steps or something)
*Shortness of breath
*Hot flashes/chills
*Eye pain (sharp shooting)
*Eye floaters (On 6/1/07, the eye specialist said my eyes were a little inflamed, probably due to allergies. On 2/12/08, the regular eye doctor said my eyes looked fine)
*Watery eyes
*Feels like mucus in the back of my htroat
*Burning & frequent urination (like a uti).
*Painful periods sometimes
*Slight joint pain sometimes
*Stiffness/morning stiffness (off and on)

*Menstrual irregularity (has been like this since I was 11 years old)
*Depression, anxiety (have had these since around 6th grade)
*Potbelly (have always had one). I’m skinny, but I’ve always had a round belly that sticks out.
*Mouth sores/apthous ulcers (are usually painful and take awhile to heal because of the places they’re in)
*Sore throat (probably related to acid reflux). I’m always clearing my throat/slightly hoarse/feels like a lump in it.
*Weakness in arms and legs (feels like cement blocks attached to my legs sometimes)
*Celiac levels were slightly elevated
*WBC count was slightly elevated
*Blood pressure was lower than it usually is. 108 over something.

There’s probably more symptoms, But I can’t remember them all. I’m not sexually active. I have really bad ocd and have an immense fear of catching any kind of disease, especially HIV. I had an HIV test done in early december because on may 7th, 2007 I had gotten cut at a manicurist’s. I got my results on january 17th, 2008. It was negative. I’ve also had a stool sample and a urine sample done. The stool sample didn’t show anything ( I thought I had worms because of these little rice like thing in my stool). It’s been about 2 weeks since I had my urine sample done, and people still haven’t called me back. In late may of 2007, I had a CT scan done of my head because of the headaches I was getting. They found a 2 millimeter or something in the center of my brain. So on june 18th I had an MRI done of my head. But whatever it was had just disappeared. They believe it was some kind of fatty tissue and the doctors diagnosed me with tension headaches. I put myself under a lot of stress. I do take a lot of OTC medicines. Like tylenol, benadryl, protonix, gaviscon, etc…In late march of 2007, I had to take antibiotics because of an inner ear infection (water in the ear). I’m so sick of people telling me it’s all in my head or it’s just stress when clearly things are starting to get visible.

Do you think the HIV test result was wrong? I mean,it was after 7 months that I got tested. Don’t you think if I had anything it would’ve shown up by december, if I had gotten cut at the manicurist’s in may? IF I do have an autoimmune disease of some kind (like celiac or sjogren’s) or something like candida overgrowth, do you think it could’ve affected my HIV test results and caused a false negative? Or are the tests so sensitive that they only pick up/look for/discover HIV anitbodies and nothing else? What do you think this could all be? I was supposed to have an endoscopy and a colonoscopy done on 3/13 but I canceled because I’m paranoid about catching something from unsterilized tools. I’m going back to the doctor on 4/3/08 for more blood tests, and I am going back to the gastroenterologist on 4/24. I’ve had about 3 CBC’s and they’ve all been good until december when my WBC count was a little high. I had another cbc done in september and my cholesterol was a little high, but not by much. I’ve also had my elecrolytes checked and apparently they were fine too because she said everything looked fine except that my WBC was a little high.

Ok, sorry this was so long. I would greatly appreciate any help you could give me! Thanks!

A: With elevated celiac levels and your list of symptoms, you need to go on a gluten free diet and try that for 3-6 months and see how many of those symptoms clear up. The apthous ulcers that are really painful should be one of the first things you will see clear up if you in deed do have celiac disease. Contact a local chapter of www.csaceliacs.org and see if they can help you get started.
How old are you? If you have been on a gluten containing diet for a long time then it is possible most of these problems could be due to the cumulative effect of poor nutrition due to malabsorption in the small intestine due to intestinal wall damage caused by celiac disease.
So get on a gluten free diet and try it since you don’t want to have an endoscopy due to fear of infection.
Good luck!!!

Q: Heartburn feeling and Headaches?
I have been having two symptoms for the last 4 days now. One is a chronic and consistent, dull headache, centered just above my temples. The other has been a pain stretched from shoulders to the neck and back of my head, or constriction in my throat area, not a sore throat, but another, unusual feeling. It has now turned into intense heartburn kinda feeling. Lately, But this don’t happen all the time. Yesterday I was fine the entire day. I changed my meal to just boiled veges and bread just because of this and it seems if i eat alot or drink alot I seem to get this.

I have been to two doctors, both of whom dismissed these as “tension headaches” and hardly mentioned the heartburn or throat pain. I’m 29 and my preasure 80/128. I’m a programmer in profession and spend atleast 8 hrs infront of the screen..Is this somthing to do with my Eye site..

what may be wrong. I did start feeling bad, at least in my throat, after eating a meal.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I am in constant discomfort and pain each day unless I am sleeping, due to these two issues. I don’t feel like eating, working or anything else. I am just looking for any advice.

Thanks.

A: Hi there, it sounds like you are experiencing the symptoms of eyestrain. Try taking short breaks while working and also use ice and moist heat on your temples and neck. I would try using a chiropractor or a neurologist for this also. Ice packs does wonders for my headaches and neck pain. Also you might need to wear glasses or have to have your eyes checked. If you are having heartburn what foods were you eating and etc.

Q: Can any doctors or medical experts give me insight into this?
I have been feeling unwell for about 3 months. During this time i have had a type of middle ear infection, heartburn which led to chronic gastritis/stomach ulcers, vestibular weakness on right side, and now low TSH Thyroid as shown on recent blood test. Apart from this i am getting the ongoing symptoms of lightheadedness, hot flushes over my body, dullness, inability to concentrate, fatigue, weakness, spaced out “high” feeling and the feeling as if im not in this world.

I have done brain MRI scan, Abdomen scan which were normal. I have also seen neurologist, ENT & had a gastroscopy done.

I have had numerous blood tests with results of normal blood count except for mild liver count (*93) which is now decreasing. I have also done testing for HSV, Hep B&C, HIV in which all were NEGATIVE. I did a blood test in mid January for Thyroid TSH which was normal but recent blood test show the TSH level is low. I dont know why?

Havent been able to work for 3 months and have not felt normal
Doctors i’ve seen believe it came from a virus that has not exited my system?

It all started with just tingling on the fingertips of my left hand and then all those symptoms just seem to have started.

A: If as you say “the doctors” believe the causative agent is a virus, have you had viral panel? If yes, what was the result? If no, then why not?

Q: What early pregnancy symptoms did you experience?
My husband and I have been ttc for over a year. This last cycle was our last time trying before going back to the doctor, possible to be put on fertility meds. I have had one pregnancy that ended in miscarriage. Some of the symptoms I am having now are ones I had when I found out I was pregnant before. I still have a few days before I am suppose to start. I just wanted to hear what others first symptoms were. I know they are different for every woman, but actually most women experience a lot of the same ones.

I am having a chronic ache in my lower back, that does not go away, even if I take something. I am having heartburn, headaches, nausea and my boobs have been tender for over a week. The first time I was pregnant I had symptoms before I knew I was pregnant and it seemed almost immediately.

I do have some of these symptoms before starting my period, like the back pain, but it not in the same place as it is now. I also get the sore boobs and nausea. But like I said, my boobs have been really tender for over a week, sooner than with my period.

Just looking for others experiences with early symtoms. Thanks for your answers.

A: I just found out this morning, and I did not really have any symptoms, I thought this wasn’t going to be my month.. but I did have cramps for a few days and a horrible taste in my mouth and gas… weird huh?!?! sounds like you may be, good luck to you with tons of Baby dust coming your way!!
